1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using Vexavibes, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the platform.
3. User Conduct. You are solely responsible for your content and behavior. Prohibited activities include spam, abuse, coordinated inauthentic behavior, manipulation of Aura, hate speech, and harassment. Violations may result in Aura slashing, content removal, or permanent account suspension.
4. Aura and Reputation System. Aura is a core mechanic designed to reward honest calibration. We reserve the right to adjust, recalculate, or penalize Aura scores to maintain platform integrity.
5. Intellectual Property. You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant Vexavibes a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it on the platform.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability. The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy of user-generated content. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms.
8. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
